- You’ll be guided through unique circular breathing patterns designed to unlock expanded states of awareness.
- We begin with grounding meditation and breath awareness, followed by a guided Breathwork journey supported by the healing sounds of handpan, didgeridoo, and other live instruments.
- The session ends in a blissful deep relaxation. Afterwards, enjoy a drink, a light snack and the chance to connect with others.
